Our Story

Couscous Hice was born in a Casablanca kitchen — Fouad’s mother, Saadia, taught him to cook as a child, spice by spice, starting with her tagine. Years later he passed it all on to his wife Soumia, who brought nearly two decades in the food and beverage industry of her own. Together they opened the doors in Park Hill.

Located in the vibrant Park Hill neighborhood, we invite you to experience the warmth of Moroccan hospitality and the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean and North Africa — olive oil and preserved lemon, saffron and mint, slow-cooked tagines and fresh-baked bread.
